Christmas postcards swap

(english text follows)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now that my recipients have probably all received their cards, I can show you what I send as part of the Christmas postcards swap so nicely organised by one of my favourite blogger : Nichola from
Nikkishell. The only rule other than having to send a postcard to 8 swappers was to make it ourselves and use only things we had at home, no buying! I dug up my old stamps from a short lived scrapbooking frenzy I had, and designed these simple yet fun cards. So far I received 6 cards, such a joy to open my letter box when I came home from work and receive cards from all over the world! In a future post, I'll tell you who received my cards and whom blogger I had to send it to!
Meanwhile, I'm off to t ke the train to celebrate the New Year in ... Paris !

  1. Dorothee - Thank you for the pretty card you sent me for the postcard swap. I was excited to receive a card from France. My maternal family is French, and everyone is bilingual down to my mom who didn't really pass it on. However, I did take French in school and can get by. Anyway, thank you for the nice words and pretty crafting on the card.
